Winnebago County States Attorney office said a Winnebago County Grand Jury has indicted 41 year old Jin Zheng, for allegedly possessing over 200 cannabis plants.
At the request from the city of Rockford, Police went called to 1310 Preston st on August 10th in reference to “Unusual activity” at the building.
After investigating, they located approx. 200 marijuana plants.
That is when they developed Jin Zheng as the suspect.
