What possibly may have happened, according to sources:  

Sources are reporting a house fire that started at approximately 5:30 this afternoon in the 2200 block of Kilburn Avenue in Rockford.

No injuries have been reported as of yet, but there are reportedly animals inside the house.

The Rockford Fire Department is currently on scene and have the fire under control.
