Sources are reporting a stabbing victim on Rockford’s West Side.
It happened around 3:45 pm several emergency personnel were working a scene in the 800 block of Cunningham.
Sources have told us shots were fired and at least 1 person has been injured.
Police have not yet released any suspect information.
