Rockford Police Refused To Listen To Witness Statements At A Shooting Incident on The East Side

There was a shooting incident near the 2600 block of Oak Grove tonight.
We had originally reported it as Hunter and 2nd, but RPD says it is the 2600 block of Oak Grove.

Several gunshots were fired. Unknown on injuries.

A witness attempted to tell police what they saw and even have video footage of,

but the Rockford Police refused to listen to the witness.

Police ask the citizens to report things, but yet when the citizens try to report things and provide video evidence.

The local police down right refused to listen to the witness.
