On Friday, July 23, 2021 at about 11:00 PM the victim was standing outside on his porch in the 1300 block of Nelson when he saw a subject on a bicycle across the street in the city garden.

The victim heard 4-7 shots being fired and ran into his house. The victim was shot, once in the right hand, and was later released from the hospital. The house had also been struck 3 times.

The suspect is described as a male 14 to 16 wearing a black Nike hooded sweatshirt and black jogging type pants, thin mustache, with a thin build and having red shorts or underwear seen in the back above the pants. Suspect was on a purple-colored mountain bike.

On Saturday, July 24, 2021 at about 10:00 PM another round of shots were fired in the 1300 block of Nelson, near the incident that occurred the day before and the shots had struck a different residence. It appears that the two incidents are related.
