She said: ” Help! 1,000 Reward. Our dog Lily is missing. We love on East Second Street in Belvidere IL off of Logan and East Avenue. Lily is 30 lbs, all black, with a white patch on her chest and chin. She has on a blue collar, no tags but is microchipped and can be scanned at any shelter or animal hospital.
