We have sat on these, in hopes on police transparency.
And police chose to remain silent.
We have received 9 more reports of rapes in Winnebago County.
We reached out to local police, and they are silent.
Their only response was: “No Comment”
We sat on these stories, until last night.
Last night Miss Carlies posted a thing on their FB page in reference to a possible rape.
So I figured since police are silent and Miss Carlies posted something, that it was time to go public.
As you know there is a serial rapist running rampant in Winnebago County.
Local police are encrypted and choose not to inform the public, so the serial rapist is continuing his spree and getting away scot free. The police choose to encrypt, and chose to not keep the public informed.
So the serial rapist has not been caught, because the local police chose non transparency, over having the public try to help.
Also it is creating more and more victims, since the police chose not to keep the public informed.
There have been 9 more reports to us.
2 on the west side, 4 in downtown and 3 on the East side.
It is sad and scary, the local police chose to go this route, instead of involving the community.
And all it is creating is more and more victims, because the serial rapist is never going to be caught, the way local police are going about this situation…
Miss Carlies posted the following last night:
Local police labeled this call a “Suspicious Incident” so now this arises another question:
How many of these “suspicious incidents” are similar incidents???
This is the police sketch the local police released.
We have talked to several of these victims, and many are saying the police sketch is not accurate. And they tried to get police to do another sketch, and the police refused to make another sketch, based off of their reports.
