I was asking about the suspect.
And this is what Rockford PD responded to me with:

The alleged suspect is alleged to be from Venezuela/Columbia area.
And crossed the USA border.
And was alleged to have been one of the people on the aircraft,
That was flown from Texas to Rockford awhile back ago.
Remember when the large aircraft was flown into Rockford,
And the busses that were en route to Chicago.
Under a large police escort,
mysteriously come up “missing”
Rockford PD has not confirmed this.
The Winnebago County Jail has him listed as a “White Male”
Aggravated Criminal Sexual Assault Charges
ROCKFORD, IL – On Wednesday, January 1, 2025, at approximately 5:45 a.m., the
Rockford Police Department was contacted to investigate a report of aggravated sexual
assault to an elderly person in the 2300 block of Illinois Street. The suspect and victim
were unknown to each other.
The suspect approached the victim multiple times on the Rock River Rec Bike Path,
near the 2300 block of Illinois Street, around 5:30 a.m., according to court records.
The woman told officers she ignored him every time and kept running.
Albarran Tovar proceeded to grab the woman and forcibly move her behind some bushes, according to court records. The victim told police she was sexually assaulted and one of her teeth was knocked out during the incident.
Authorities found the suspect near Auburn Street and Myott Avenue with dried mud all over his pants and shoes,
his pants were unbuttoned and unzipped and scratches on his face
The Rockford Police Department conducted a follow-up investigation into the incident
and identified the suspect as 29-year-old Jacinto Ramon Albarran Tovar. Albarran Tovar
was taken into custody and lodged in the County Jail.
The Winnebago County State’s Attorney’s Office reviewed the case and authorized the
charges listed below.

Aggravated Battery (2 counts)
As with all investigations, there may be additional charges and arrests.
The charges are merely accusations and all individuals are considered innocent unless
proven guilty in a court of law.
