And severely lack transparency with our community.

Based on the current information that has been provided to me.
Suspect Allegedly Pepper Sprayed A Baby in Rockford
Sources are reporting a scene that happened last night.
And Rockford PD still has not released any information.
Gotta love that transparency…
And that positive community relations between the police and the citizens…
It happened around 11:30 pm last night.
In the 300 block of Cameron.
Formerly known as Concord Commons.
Initial reports said a man pepper sprayed a baby during an incident.
Sadly, local police chose to encrypt and hide crimes from our community.
Gotta love that community relation building between the police and the citizens…
Please keep the baby and everyone involved, in your thoughts and prayers.
