For a bit there, the Rockford PD was releasing information.
However, it looks like they went back to the revolving circle.
And are not releasing much crime information.
And have chosen to remain encrypted and silent.

Sources said that there was an
alleged multiple shooting victim scene.
It happened in Rockford
On July 28th 2024,
at approx. 2:30 AM

In the approx. area of the 3400 block of Ed Vera Drive.

A few reports said that there were alleged shooting/multiple shooting victims.

We can only confirm:

Local police are encrypted and silent
72 hour call logs confirm a shooting
Reports of alleged multiple shooting victims
Rockford PD remain silent
