Based on the current information that has been provided to us.

Allegedly What May Have Happened: Two alleged shooting incidents, one victim confirmed at local hospital
Alleged Approx. Location: Off of E State Street/Fairview Avenue
Alleged Approx. Time: 10:00 pm
At approximately 10:00 this evening emergency personnel were called to a report that a vehicle had crashed into the Golden Bowl restaurant, located in the E State Street and Fairview Avenue area.
Then reports started coming in that two shooting incidents occurred at the same time, possibly involving the vehicle that crashed into the building.
The condition of the driver/occupants is unknown.
We have confirmed that at least one shooting victim self transported to a hospital in the area immediately after the crash.
The extent of their injuries is unknown at this time.
We will update as further details become available.
Avoid the area awhile.
