Allegedly What May Have Happened: Very Serious Accident
Alleged Approx. Location: Benton St & N Longwood St
Alleged Approx. Time: 11:30 pm
At approximately 11:30 this evening emergency personnel were called to the area of Benton Street and N Longwood Street in Rockford for reports of a very serious accident.
Initial reports are this was a two vehicle accident with heavy damage on both vehicles, two to three people have also said to have been ejected from a vehicle involved.
At least three ambulances have been dispatched to the scene for the injured and injuries are believed to be serious and possibly life threatening injuries.
Avoid the area!
