Everyone knows this police officer,
because he was a Cherry Valley police officer that slept with a juvenile in his squad car.
And was arrested. And convicted.
He was sentenced to 12 years, but only served 2 years then was released.

Now he was recently arrested again, according to public records.
He was recently arrested for alleged felony theft.
Note: Court records say: “Case bundled with pending matter in Courtroom D.”
So, it is unclear if he was arrested for another charge, or if it is related to the previous conviction.
UPDATE: Looks like the 2018-CF-0000289 was re-opened.
