Allegedly What May Have Happened: Strong arm robbery
Location: 1317 Broadway/W&S Food and Liquor
Time: 9:00 pm
At approximately 9:00 this evening emergency personnel were called to 1317 Broadway, at W & S Food and Liquor, for reports of a battery victim that was the result of a strong arm robbery.
It’s unclear if the battery/robbery happened inside or outside the store, what is known is a male robbery victim was requesting police and fire to the scene after the alleged robber fled the area in a vehicle.
The extent of his injuries are unknown, he was said to have refused transport by ambulance to the hospital.
We will update if police release further information.
