Update: 8/15/2023 I’d like to start off by saying thank you for all the tips that have been submitted up to this point. That being said, we still need assistance in identifying the subject seen wearing the grey sweatshirt and black pants. I realize that he did a very good job of covering up however, he may be the guy who seemed to have a suspicious knot on his forehead when you saw him on August 2nd. If you know the identity of this individual please let us know. Thank you.
Update: The white GMC Sierra pickup used in this incident has been recovered. The vehicle was found to be stolen out of Harvard, Illinois.
On 08/02/23 at approximately 0524 hours, a local business was the victim of a smash and grab burglary. A white GMC pickup truck backed through the front doors of the business and items were stolen.
