OWI 6th Offense – David A Ethridge

On 06/08/23, at 12:45 AM, a Janesville officer located a vehicle traveling Southbound on Center Ave, the vehicle was deviating from its lane.

Upon initiating a traffic stop, and making contact with the driver, the officer observed behaviors that indicated the driver may be impaired. Ethridge complied with standardized field sobriety tests and subsequently was arrested for operating while intoxicated (6^th offense).

Ethridge consented to an evidentiary sample of his blood. The results are pending.

Ethridge was held at the Rock County Jail.
