CVPD: 

At approximately 11:18 am today,
Cherry Valley police officers and a
Winnebago County
Sheriff’s Deputy responded to Cherry Vale Mall
for a report of a subject with a gun.

Upon arrival,
the subject was located and it was determined
that the subject did not have a gun.
