And there is a reward for the arrest of the suspect!

We made the assumption that it was a disposal issue.
Because the dog was in the heat/rain, it was hard to tell anything.
WCAS picked up the dog and took care of it’s body care. The dog was not chipped.
not far from the location of the first dog.
His dog had been missing 3-4 weeks.
Being concerned of the seemingly lack of coincidence ..
we asked the owner if it was okay if we had a vet perform a necropsy on his dog and we would pay for that and ashes returned to him; WCAS does not have a staff vet nor a vet contracted for this type of procedure, as we understand.
Hillcrest was able to determine that Sasha had been either shot or stabbed in the forehead.
there have been two deceased dogs found in garbage bags around the Auburn St area, 2 days in a row.
Obviously the second one was a dog that was lost through a gate that blew open, posted everywhere and was chipped.
