First and foremost, Thank you Cherry Valley PD. 

Every time Rockford Scanner has asked for information from Cherry Valley PD.
They have responded. And I wanted to take a second and say Thank You. 

We recently had some reports of some alleged incidents in the Cherry Valley area.

At least one of these were reported as a possible shooting victim.
Thanks to the transparency, you can see there was NO shooting victims. 
Just thefts and suspicious incidents.

*Retail Theft Cherry Valley Police responded to the Champs store at the Cherryvale Mall for a possible retail theft
*Retail Theft Cherry Valley Police responded to the Menards store for a retail theft that had just occurred.
*Suspicious Person Cherry Valley Police responded to the Betsy’s Slots for a report of a suspicious person.
*Assist Other Agency Cherry Valley Police responded to the intersection of Perryville and Newburg to assist the Rockford Police Dept. with a traffic accident.
*Suspicious Person(s) Cherry Valley Police responded to the Happy Life Laundromat in regards to a suspicious person(s).
*Lost Article Cherry Valley Police responded to the FasFuel gas station for a report of a lost purse.

As much as we hate asking for donations.
