The community does NOT need to know about major incidents.
Police promised transparency, and this is how it really is…  

Officials have not yet released any information:

• To confirm anything (Nothing is confirmed),
• On the incident (What happened?),
• Possible alleged suspects, (Who may be involved?)
• If there is a possible threat to the community (Community in danger?), 
• Who to possibly be on the lookout for, (Who to be on the lookout for?)
• If they do, we will update this. 
  If no updates, officials have not released any information that we are aware of.

Based on the current information that has been provided to us.

After we posted this, and pissed off the Rockford PD
They finally decided to release information.
Sad, that we have to constantly point out the NON-TRANSPARENCY, 
For them to become TRANSPARENT

Another scene that we sat on, hoping for TRANSPARENCY. 
Police have yet to release any information.
So we are just going to post the info. that HAS BEEN PROVIDED TO RS.

Victim Stabbed in Rockford, Police Have Not Yet Released Any Information

Sources are reporting that a person has been stabbed.
It happened approx. 9:20 pm  on 22nd ave, between 5th and 6th st.

Initial reports are saying that the victim may have been possibly stabbed approx. 50 times.
Police have not released any information on the incident, to confirm this.

Unknown on the victims condition.
Sources are reporting that there is a lot of blood at the scene.

A bystander heard the victims screams.
The bystander ran to help and was able to drag the victim to safety.

The suspect fled the scene.
Unknown if they were able to detain anyone at the time of posting this.

Rockford PD have not released any information to confirm anything.
Or if there is a possible threat to the community?

As much as we hate asking for donations.
