Numerous sources said two people were shot near the Rolling Green area last night around 9 pm in Rockford.
Rockford PD are encrypted, and have chosen not to release any information.
Police have chosen to remain silent on many violent crimes in Winnebago County.
Police all logs show it as “shots fired”
