Illinois State Police District 16 troopers are on scene of a rolled over, fully engulfed, commercial motor vehicle on the ramp from Interstate 39 northbound to US Route 20. The ramp is blocked and projected to be blocked for several hours. IDOT is on scene and assisting with rerouting traffic. Please avoid the area and seek alternate routes.
