My opinion on what allegedly may have possibly happened,
Based on the information that has been currently provided:

Sources are reporting an automobile accident in Winnebago County.
It happened approx. 5 pm in the neighborhood of Charles and 20th
Initial reports are saying that there is an accident near this location.
Sources told us that it appears that there may be at least 1 person injured.

Unknown on the severity of the injuries at this time.

We are getting many reports that officers
have not been seen doing any traffic patrols in that area.
Which may have lead to the cause of this accident, according to sources
