My opinion on what allegedly may have possibly happened,
Based on the information that has been currently provided:

BMO Center will be closing Elm St. from S. Main St. to Church St.
and S. Main St. from Elm to Chestnut Street to accommodate a daytime Ice Hogs
Game for area schools beginning at 6:00 a.m. All roads should be open by 2:30
p.m.
The intersection of S. Main and Elm St will still be passable for traffic to go east
on Elm St. Please use caution while driving in the area as there will be an
increase in pedestrian traffic.
