My opinion on what may have possibly happened,
Based on the information that has been currently provided:
Sources are reporting a bad accident on the East side.
Initial reports are saying that 2 vehicles collided in the 1100 block of Alpine.
Unconfirmed reports are saying this is possibly a head-on collision.
Multiple injuries were being reported.
Jaws of life was requested, then canceled.
Avoid the area for awhile.
