Reports of a peeping tom,
On the East side

Sources are reporting a peeping tom. 

Initial reports are saying a male suspect is looking into windows, 
Near the Green Dale and Chadwick areas in Rockford. 

The most recent incident happened 2 nights ago.  

Unknown if this peeping tom is connected to any other incidents. 

We have reports the suspect is a Black male, in his early 20’s, wearing dark clothing. 
And is easily spooked when someone confronts him. 

If officials release any information, 
We will update this.
