Citizens Feeling More Safer, Seeing More Of A Police Presence Within The Community



If you see the big bright Red sign. It is called a STOP sign. You have to STOP for it. STOP!

Sources are reporting a lot of traffic stops & automobile accidents. 

Over the 4th of July weekend there were numerous 1st responders working. 

Sources are reporting they are seeing more and more traffic stops in Winnebago County. 

Many people have told us how much more safer they felt,
Now that they are seeing more of a police presence within our community. 


Sadly, the accidents have not slowed down …

Several accidents have been reported:

  • 6100 block of E State st
  • 2000 block of Broadway 
  • Central and Simpson 
  • 6500 block of N Alpine 
  • Newburg and Perryville 
  • West ln and Orlando
  • Prairie Hill and S Bluff 
  • 7200 block of Harrison 
  • 173 and West ln 
  • 300 block of Sheridan 

Invest into a dash camera,
and don’t forget to share your videos with us!

Red light means stop. 
Scotts Law, Slow down and pull over
when you see any flashing lights on the side of the road.
