When: 11:50 am 

Brief synopsis of what may have happened:

At approximately 11:50 this morning emergency personnel were called to the 4000 block of Auburn Street in Rockford for a male stabbing victim.

The man said he was actually stabbed last night and was calling for medical now because the wound is still bleeding.

The man was transported to a local hospital by ambulance.

The extent of his injuries are unknown at this time but they are believed to be non life threatening.

It is also unclear where he was initially stabbed at and the circumstances surrounding the initial incident are unknown at this time.
