PEDESTRIAN ACCIDENT WITH INJURIES:
On Saturday, October 2, 2021, at approximately 9:20 p.m., Rockford Police officers responded to the 2800 block of 20th Street for a report of a pedestrian vs. vehicle crash.
Upon arrival, officers observed what appeared to be an adult male lying in the roadway.
He was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries and was later confirmed to be a 15-year-old male. The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene.
- All parties involved are innocent, until proven guilty in a court of law.
