On September 9th, 2021 a prostitution detail was conducted by officers from the South Beloit Police Department.
This detail was conducted in response to an increased level of prostitution and related criminal activity in the area.
As a result of this investigation the following individuals were taken into custody.

Jeffrey Zintl, of Marengo, Illinois
Solicitation of a Sexual Act, Class A Misdemeanor
Jeffery Ross, of South Beloit, Illinois
Solicitation of a Sexual Act, Class A Misdemeanor
Taylor Kilbey, of Footville, Wisconsin
Prostitution, Class A Misdemeanor
Jade Mcquitter, of Beloit, Wisconsin
Prostitution, Class A Misdemeanor
