Rockford Scanner™: Woman Commits A Home Invasion In Her Underwear & Bra in Rockford, Injuries Reported

Carol Cisneros is reporting a home invasion on the East side.

Reports of a victim was home alone doing her homework, when a woman in her bra and underwear committed a home invasion at the residence in the 2600 block of Cannon.

The woman then fled the scene, police located her near 11th st and Harrison.

The victim was transported to a local ER with non life threatening injuries.

The suspect was also transported to a local ER for non life threatening injuries as well.

No other information at this time.

UPDATE: Source said it was a fight in the Emergency Room.

Sources are reporting numerous police officers at a local hospital.

Witnesses are reporting several police officers “went flying into St Anthony Hospital” at the time of writing this, it is not yet clear on what happened.

Sources said it appears to be an active scene.

Sources are reporting  there was a shooting victim at Swedish American hospital around 10 pm last night. And several officers were on scene.

RPD confirmed they had “other disorderly conduct” call via their call log.  And in the past the local police have labeled shooting victims as other disorderly conducts in their call logs.

At this time, we can only confirm there was local police working a scene at Swedish American hospital around 10 pm.  RPD is saying via their call log it was “other disorderly conduct”  and sources are saying it was a shooting victim.

Rockford Scanner™: Reports Of A Shooting Victim in Rockford, Crime Scene Roped Off A Local Emergency Room Area


Around 2:30 pm today we were getting reports from sources there is a shooting victim in Rockford. 

The scene right now is at Swedish American Hospital ER. Sounds like the victim was shot somewhere and brought to the ER. 

Several officers and detectives are on scene. They have crime scene tape up bear a vehicle at the ER. 

Unknown on the victims condition at this time. We will post updates as they become available 

Update: RPD on scene of a shooting scene near Kishwaukee and 17th. Unknown if it is related to the scene at Swedish American Hospital.  Sources said RPD told them the police may have caught the alleged shooting suspect, but not confirmed.  Still developing.

Rockford Scanner™: Victim Shot In The Chest in Rockford, Police Are Investigating

Aggravated Battery With a Firearm

At approximately 11:48 PM Rockford Police Officers responded to a local hospital in reference to a walk in shooting victim.  Upon arrival Officers learned the shooting occurred in the 1300 block of  E. State Street.  The victim was in stable condition.  No suspect information at this time.  Anyone with information in regards to this incident is encouraged to contact the Rockford Police Department.

 Update: It appears the shooting scene happened across the street from the Swedish American Hospital ER,
at the Mobil Gas Station at E State and Summit. 

Sources are reporting a shooting victim at a local emergency room. 

Sources said a male victim was shot at least one time in the chest area and was losing a lot of blood. The source said it appeared the injuries were life threatening, but not confirmed.  

No suspect information at this time.
