Below is a recap of some of the violence:
KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK WITH “SEE IT, SNAP IT, SEND IT”
We are investigating an armed robbery that occurred last night (10/26) just after 8pm at Rocky’s Grocery on St. Lawrence. During this robbery, male subjects entered the store and one of them struck the owner with a handgun before robbing him of cash from the register. The 2 then ran off from the area. Fortunately, the owner was treated at the scene by BFD Paramedics for minor injuries.
If you live around that area and remember any suspicious people, cars, or anything else that might be helpful, we would love to know about it. We know that many folks may have cameras on the outside of your house, so if you live near that area and can check for just before that time, and a few minutes after, we would really appreciate it. Officers were out in the area knocking on doors after this occurred, but we know we might not have talked to everyone. If you have any information about this case, we really want to talk to you, so please call in to either Crimestoppers, or to us at 757-2244.
