Note: We have already contacted the FBI and RPD  before posting this article and they are going to look into this and investigate to see if the DNA matches.

As many of you know recently a man named Randy Pierson was fatally shot during a traffic stop on 20 near Montague, while a Rockford Police officer fired off many rounds.  Police say Mr. Pierson took his own life.

Not a lot of details have been released about the incident or suspect.

After the photo of Mr. Pierson came public, some have told us he looks IDENTICAL to a flyer that police released in Indiana of a man who allegedly murdered two teens.

Liberty German, 14, and Abigail Williams, 13 were murdered while hiking in the woods just east of Delphi Indiana on Feb. 14, 2017.

indystar.com

The teens were able to capture their killers photo and voice on their cell phones, just prior to being killed. The police used that evidence to composite a sketch of the alleged killer.

Take a look at the photo at the top of this article and I will also post it below too.  And let us know, what you think. Do you think this is the same person?

Info on the killings at https://www.indystar.com/story/news/2018/02/10/delphi-murders-heres-what-we-know-year-after-slayings-abby-and-libby/326442002/

And at https://www.in.gov/isp/delphi.htm

Police have yet to release information or make any statements, if these two incidents are related.

Any tips on the double murders, you can call at 844-459-5786

Listen to the public service announcement from the Indiana State Police:

ISP Delphi PSA 2-25

The Delphi Police Department, the Carroll County Sheriff, the Indiana State Police, and the FBI are asking for your assistance in identifying the suspect in the double homicide of two teenage girls, Abigail J. “Abby” Williams, 13, and Liberty Rose Lynn “Libby” German, 14, both from Delphi.

On Monday, February 13th, at approximately 1:00 p.m., the two young girls were let off near the Monon High Bridge, an abandoned rail bridge over Deer Creek to walk around and hang out. They were to be picked up later in the afternoon, but did not show up there at the previously arranged time. Following an extensive search, at approximately 12:15 p.m. on February 14, 2017, the bodies of the two girls were found in a wooded area near the Delphi Historic Trail, approximately one-half mile upstream from the bridge.

On Wednesday, February 15th, law enforcement officers distributed a photograph of a person observed on the Delphi Historic Trail. The photograph appears to depict a white male wearing blue jeans, a blue coat/jacket, and a hoodie. During the course of the investigation, preliminary evidence has led investigators to believe the person, in the distributed photograph, is a suspect in the investigation of the homicides of Abigail Williams and Liberty German.

Additionally, investigators have released a voice recording, extracted from a video found on Liberty “Libby” German’s cell phone, that may be connected to the homicides. Click one of the following links to download the recording:
