RS source contacted us about a suspicious incident and found purse near the Walgreens on S Alpine. The Rockford Police have been contacted and the Rockford Police Department has taken it for evidence. If you have any information, please contact the Rockford Police.

She said: ” This little purse was hanging on my apartment door. Does anybody know who this is? Her name is Arianna Cody and her ID says that she lives in Montgomery, IL. I can’t find her Facebook or anything about her. She’s got debit cards in her wallet by the name of Jennifer Cody but has a vehicle registration by the name of Nicholas Bakakos and it says that he lives in Michigan. She also has a couple of Rockford gift cards and other documents with all different cities in IL such as check stubs & her high school. I’m not sure why this was on my door handle, or what is going on but everybody share this please. Hopefully nobody is in danger. I find it weird that this was placed at my house.”
