Police have arrested 35 year old Jennifer London and charged with Aggravated Arson while Knowing People are Present and Violation of an OP

Sources are reporting a structure fire in Rockford.
It happened approx. 9 am near Central and Green.
Heavy flames and smoke were showing when the RFD arrived on scene.
Unknown on injuries. RFD is investigating. Red Cross is assisting.
