Sources are reporting a scene on Rockford’s West side.
Numerous emergency personnel are working a scene near the Dollar General on Auburn st. The scene is located near the bus stop.
Reports of a police perimeter in the area as well.
Reports of the police at every intersection in that area.
RPD has not released any suspect information, or any information on the incident.
We have been told this was a possible shooting.
But officials have not confirmed this yet.
You may want to avoid this area for awhile.
