Sources are reporting a scene on the East side.
Sources said there was shots fired in the area of 11th st and 5th ave around 7:30 am.
Sources said shortly afterwards, emergency personnel were in the area.
Unknown if the shots fired, and emergency personnel in the area are related.
Or if they are 2 different incidents.
We have been told a possible shooting victim self transported.
Officials have not released any information or confirmed anything.
