Sources are reporting a police chase with a stolen vehicle.
Details are still very fluid as we type this.
There has been a chase ongoing for a bit.
The vehicle is reported stolen.
The victims brother was chasing the suspects at high rates of speed in oncoming traffic, with their lights off.
The chase was on the south side, the last we have been told they were near Kilburn.
As we type this it has crashed near Kilburn and Glenwood.
Police located the vehicle on Searles ave.
Unknown if the suspects were arrested
