2 Males In Custody!

Sources are reporting a police chase in Boone County. 

It happened around 2 am.  It began near Belvidere rd and 173. 

Police were currently chasing the suspect southbound at speeds over 100 MPH. 

The suspect turned off their lights, and were blacked out while fleeing from police. 

At the time of writing this, the suspects were on Orth rd headed into Loves Park, near the Sportscore. 

 The vehicle comes back to an address in Machesney Park. 

Police are still chasing the suspect. 

Update:  Boone is still chasing the suspect. 
They have the suspect cornered at Candy ln and Firefly in Machesney Park.  At the dead end of Firefly. 
They are doing a felony stop on the vehicle. 


2 Males In Custody!

Update: RS source Jennifer Robinson is reporting LPPD and WCSO were also on scene.  The vehicle was a maroon single cab truck.  One of the suspects was a white male.
She is reporting there were at least 5 Boone county cops, 5 Winnebago, and 4 Loves Park officers on scene.
