Rockford Scanner: Numerous Emergency Personnel Working A Scene in Loves Park

  • by

Several emergency personnel were working a scene in Loves Park.

It happened approx. 3 am on E Riverside, West of Forest Hills in the Eastbound lanes.

At the time of posting this, all we can confirm is many officers from several jurisdictions were on scene.

There was at least one person needing medical attention.

Police were searching the vehicle very thoroughly, unknown if anything was found.

At the time of posting this, police have not released any information on the scene.

We have been told a person was fighting with police, and police used their non lethal tazer gun on the person.

The officer was reported to have screamed that they needed help, and many officers from the surrounding area came to assist.  Again, police have not released any information on this scene to confirm this.
