Rockford Scanner™: National Weather Service Says No White Christmas For Rockford.

NWS: Temperatures will be on a warming trend into the weekend. While today will be sunny and warmer across the area, chilly temperatures tonight and light winds could result in fog development. This fog may linger into Friday morning. Temperatures are likely to peak by Monday, with some low 50s possible. Above normal temperatures look to continue into Christmas, with no chance of precipitation. So a white Christmas continues to look very unlikely for the area.
