On 02/13/2021 at approximately 1824 hours, Ogle County Deputies were dispatched to the 9000 block of W IL Rte 72 for the report of a single vehicle rollover accident.
After further investigation, Deputies arrested Marcos S. Serrano-Vides, age 23 of Rockford, for Aggravated DUI-Alcohol and No Valid Driver’s License.
Serrano-Vide was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held with no bond.
Serrano-Vides was also cited for Improper Traffic Lane Usage, Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident/Too Fast for Conditions, and Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle
