Sources are reporting a major scene on the East side.
It happened just before 1 pm near Eastridge Drive in Rockford.
Reports of several emergency personnel on scene.
Unconfirmed reports are saying this maybe officer involved, but not yet confirmed by officials.
Sources told us 1 person was transported to a nearby hospital, might be 2 possible injuries.
One of the victims has a head wound, unknown on the severity of the injuries.
Sounds like some kind of altercation took place.
