On September 15, 2020, a Caledonia man was arrested on multiple child sex offenses.
James Saccucci, 26 years old of Caledonia, was arrest on five counts of Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault of a Child (Class X Felony). Saccucci remains in Boone County Jail on a $500,000.00 10% bond.
On September 15, 2020, Boone County Sheriff’s Detectives arrested Saccucci after it was alleged he had sexually assaulted a child under the age 13 multiple times over the last three years. A class X felony is punishable six (6) to sixty (60) years in the Illinois Department of Corrections. Each Class X felony charge must be sentenced consecutively meaning a sentence of thirty (30) to Three Hundred (300) years in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
