Police Raid With Possible Gunshot & Other Scenes in Rockford

Sources are reporting a few scenes with multiple emergency personnel at each scene. 

#1  A possible police raid in the 1900 block of W Pearl ave.  Reports of police raiding a house, and a loud bang like a gunshot was heard during the raid. Unknown if it was a gunshot or a flashbang or even if the noise is related to the raid.  At least one person was reported to be in handcuffs and in police custody.  RPD has yet to release information on this, and nothing is in the police call logs.


#2 A truck slammed into a utility pole on Kilburn ave.

#3 A white vehicle crashed into a utility pole on Glenwood ave. Reports of a lot of police in the area searching for a suspect. Unknown if the suspect they are searching for is involved in this accident or a different scene. Several officers and a police k-9 are reported to be working this scene.

#4 Auto accident with possible injuries on E State st near the Target.
