RPD was doing a traffic accident reconstruction.
In reference to a recent accident that happened there.
Unknown as to which specific accident.
They just said a recent accident.

Several sources are reporting a major scene at Auburn and Harlem in Rockford.
RPD has confirmed they are investigating a “Traffic Investigation”
Sources are reporting Auburn is closed down, near the scene.
And that the police crime scene is on scene.
No other details at this time.
