Bottom line is supposed to be that while we can expect the typical large variability from La Nina winters, there is past data and indicators to suggest that we could end up with a warmer outcome (above normal temps). Seasonal snowfall we have as favored to fall in the typical range for winter, but that’s certainly a low confidence item.
