Man Arrested For 5th OWI & Failure To Install An Ignition Interlock Device

On 12-08-20 at 11:10 p.m. an officer from the Janesville Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at Beloit Ave. / Kellogg Ave. The vehicle had been reportedly speeding in the area and the vehicle’s registration was expired. The driver was identified as Adolph Crawford. Adolph showed signs of intoxication and refused most of the field sobriety tests. Adolph was arrested for OWI 5th offense and held at the Rock County Jail pending his initial court appearance. Adolph was also cited for operating after revocation and for failing to install an ignition interlock device on his vehicle.
