RS source Natasha Nicolee contacted us in regards to someone who stole her kids 1st ever Christmas decorations.
It happened earlier this week near Custer, in Rockford.
She said this was her child’s first Christmas decorating and some “Grinch” came by and stole her child’s 1st ever Christmas decorations from the yard/front porch area.
