Rockford Fire Department and the City of Rockford Building Department are on scene at 1900 Douglas Street assessing a detached garage that has a partial roof collapse. As you know we have had a lot of snow recently, and a few structures have collapsed in the last few days. (Durand, N Main, and now this one. Se our website for the other ones)
